Chinmayi Balusu is the founder and CEO of Simply Neuroscience, a trainee-led non-profit organization expanding early-career neuroscience education, outreach, and awareness through interdisciplinary initiatives. She also serves in leadership/advisory roles with STEM platforms such as the Society for Neuroscience, HFC, American Brain Coalition, ALBA Network, International Neuroethics Society, and 500 Women Scientists. Chinmayi has been named an Alzheimer’s Association Neuroscience Next One to Watch, We Are Family Foundation Global Teen Leader, and Diana Award recipient, among other honors. She earned her BA in Medical Humanities and MPH in neuro-epidemiology from Columbia University, and her clinical research interests focus on brain injury, stroke, cross-cultural neuroethics, and global health.
