Julianna Gerold

Julianna Gerold is a a Clinical Research Coordinator at Massachusetts General Hospital’s A. A. Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging. Her current projects investigate brain MRI methods and cognition in healthy volunteers and those with neurodegenerative diseases. She holds a BA in Psychology from Boston College, where she explored perceptions of fairness in algorithmic decision-making as an undergraduate research assistant. Julianna’s research interests lie within the intersections of social psychology and neuroscience, and include moral cognition, decision-making, intergroup interaction, and ethics. In the future, she wishes to pursue a PhD in Psychology and apply these topics to the study and development of academically-informed social policy initiatives.
